EDSERV DECLARES 4th QUARTER AND ANNUAL RESULTS OF 2008-09

Net profit of EdServ Softsystems rose 42.11% to Rs 1.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2009 as against Rs 1.14 crore during the corresponding previous quarter ended March 2008. Sales rose 46.03% to Rs 2.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2009 as against Rs 1.89 crore during the corresponding previous quarter ended March 2008.

For the full year, net profit rose 45.85% to Rs 3.69 crore in the year ended March 2009 as against Rs 2.53 crore during the corresponding previous year ended March 2008. Sales rose 114.47% to Rs 8.45 crore in the year ended March 2009 as against Rs 3.94 crore during the corresponding previous year ended March 2008.
