EDSERV’s AGM IS ON 17th SEPTEMBER 2009

The Annual General Meeting of the company shall be held on 17th September 2009 at 10:15am at ‘Kamaraj Arangam’, No 492, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai 600 006. Further, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 11, 2009 to September 17, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company & also for the purpose of payment of dividend.
