The Board of Directors of EdServ at its meeting held on June 25, 2009, inter alia, has recommended the declaration of dividend at Re 1/- per share payable to the equity shareholders of the Company for the year 2008-09 subject to the shareholders’ approval at the AGM of the company to be held on 17th September, 2009.
