EdServ Softsystems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21 2010, inter alia, to consider approve following business:
- To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2009.
- To review the utilization of Public Issue Funds as at December 31 2009.
- To consider and take on record Secretarial Audit Report as at December 31 2009.
