Edserv Softsystems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 04, 2009, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:

• To consider the allotment of 2,27,273 fully convertible warrants to the promoters Mr. S. Giridharan and Mrs. G. Gita.
• To consider the proposal to raise funds through International Capital Markets including the issue of ADR/GDR/FCCB and other Instruments.
