Every student walking into EdCenters will be assessed and based on his/ her credentials offered a suite of job offers available to choose from. The student can choose the job and the course will be designed automatically by LAMPS to make the student eligible for the chosen job. The course will start with a Job Intend signed from the companies and the student will be monitored at every stage to make sure that the required skills are acquired in the learning process.

At the end of successful completion of the course, the student will be offered the job by the company.

The following are the activities that a student will go through at EdCenters:

• A student on enquiry gets to know the job openings industrywise, companywise, compensation, location, position, date of offer and joining, and so on
• A student's details such as qualification, skillsets before the course, arrears if any / second attempts if any, college, university, specialisation, PG, location is also entered
• A student also undergoes Pre Course Assessment (PCA) optionally for certain Job Positions (JP)
• A student on entering all his/her details of credentials and qualifications before joining the course gets to know the various job options and positions pertaining to their qualification / skillsets
• For example, an arts and science student with literature, corporate, economics kind of specialisation may not see positions in IT at all; like that an engineering graduate may see all positions
• A student is made to be aware of the opening to be sure to him/her on securing the required grade and thus the job-allotment-intent is generated from company online
• A total grade of 10 is essential in securing a job position in any company
• The student's credentials secure him/her a set of grades before taking up the course with us
• The automated system links the student information with the job position information by which both company and the student get to know each others offerings / capabilities
• The automated system also makes both the student and the company to agree on each other on securing the required credentials
• The student is made to know that the remaining of the 10 is required to be secured during the course and the associated assessment to get that job
• The student on the run always gets to know the grade secured so far during the course and the shortfall to get the course in the stipulated time (through CoTA)
• Industry is assured of 100% customised curriculum and sessions for all their OOC students
• Once the course duration elapses, the OOC and hence the future JI is lost for the student
• Grace time for the student is at the discretion of the company
• Student also opts for JS and is also flashed about the JP on certain other companies to do JS
• Student loses the job opportunity alloted to him if he/she does not want to take up what is chosen / alloted
• A student on completing the programme in college gets a degree for sure on completing the credentials
• A student similarly on completing our course in our center gets a JI for sure on completing the credentials
• The graduation programme in college has an inherent commitment from university to offer the degree
• The course with us has the explicit commitment from company / industry to offer a job
• JI becomes a job on the student going through HR formalities and on producing the originals of credentials claimed at the time of course entry
